Our Executive Head Chef Ronnie Murray and his chefs deliver exceptional food at all Camm & Hooper venues.
Ronnie joins us after a career spent working in many of London’s top restaurants, including J Sheekey, The Ivy and Scott’s of Mayfair, where he was on the launch team. Ronnie previously spent seven years as Executive Group Chef for Hix Restaurants, looking after everything from daily changing restaurant menus to intimate dinners and festival catering.
Ronnie’s focus is on using the best seasonal ingredients and building delicious dishes around those. ‘I like to make the ingredients the star,’ he says. ‘I love to showcase fantastic meat, fish and vegetables. We’ve got so much fantastic produce in Britain, let’s look on our doorstep before we go further.’
Ronnie’s developed some very special menus for our venues – but if you need something bespoke, he’s on hand to create a unique offering suitable for your event.
‘The days of putting a three-course menu under people’s noses and saying, “Pick one of those” is long gone,’ he laughs. ‘If clients are holding big weddings or launches, it’s important the food fits into their style.’
